Edible Manhattan and Edible Brooklyn are kicking-off the most anticipated expo of the year, Food Loves Tech, with a prelude event dubbed Future of the Cocktail, sponsored by Blue Point Brewing Company and Belvedere Vodka. On Friday, November 2 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., industry enthusiasts will gather at The Landing at Industry City to peer into the future of cocktails. The most forward-thinking bartenders and spirits will be on hand to create the “bar of tomorrow.” From robotic brewers, to branded ice, to machine driven recipes and novel beverages, Future of the Cocktail will feature innovation-focused libations.

General admission tickets cost $100 per person and may be purchased here. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to attend this event.
