The Fairfield, N.J.-based firm has won multiple awards for the company’s cheeses from the ACS, U.S. Champion Cheese Contest, and more. Through the years, the company has launched specialty brands such as Cello Cheese, Cello Whisps and Yellow Door Creamery.
