MRM @ the bar: The Far West Side at Ousia

by Barbara Castiglia and Kevin Freibott1 Min Read

In this edition of MRM @ the bar, Ousia General Manager Johnny Livanos makes the Far West Side, a cocktail inspired by the restaurant's location in Manhattan. The Greek-inspired Mediterranean restaurant is part of the family-run Livanos Restaurant Group, which has been in the restaurant business for more than 50 years and has six operating restaurants.

Stay tuned for our upcoming MRM Profile on how the Livanos family dealt with the aftermath when Ouisa was hit with a severe water leak causing more than 400 gallons of water to flood the restaurant per minute and temporarily shut down for major repairs.
